Challenge Bled – Slovenia starts in Velika zaka with one swim lap of 1,9 kilometers in the beautiful Bled lake, at the finnish line of world championship rowing course.

Athletes swim in crystal clear waters around the island with the church towards the castle of Bled and end up in Mala zaka rowing center.

Bike

88 km

The 1 lap bike course takes the athletes out of transition area in Mala zaka rowing center to another pearl of Slovenian tourism – Bohinj Lake and then through the centuries-old forests of the Triglav National Park on Pokljuka plateau to the World cup Biathlon Center. From Pokljuka bikers will ride down the descent to the village of Gorje and then turn to the Bled rowing center Mala Zaka. The cycling course offers around 1100 altitude meters, with beautifull views to the Julian Alps. 80% of the cycling route is located in the famous Triglav National Park.

Run

3 laps x 7 km

The running track will be just a strawberry on a cake. It is completely routed along the coast of Lake Bled, in three laps.

Nice relaxed with an extraordinary backdrop of the mountains, the castle and the Bled island with the church.
